Terms of Service

1.Scope

These terms apply to all of the Company's apps and services. The Kutter and Hello Translator sections set out terms specific to each app and apply together with the rest of these terms. Where an app-specific term differs from a general one, the app-specific term applies to that app.

2.Your Hello World Solution account

Your Hello World Solution account is a single account for signing in to the Company's apps, including Kutter and Hello Translator. You sign in with Google (Hello Translator also supports signing in with LINE).

• One account is for one person, and you are responsible for all use of your account.
• You can use Kutter with your own API keys, or with Claude Code / Codex on your computer, without an account with us. Services tied to an account, such as Hello AI in Kutter (once available) and Hello Translator plans, require you to sign in.
• When you sign in with Google, we request only the openid, email and profile scopes and use that data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can ask us to delete your account as described in Your rights and account deletion.

3.AI output

AI output, such as transcripts, scripts, cuts, post copy, voiceovers and translations, is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always review it before you publish it, and do not rely on it as your only source of information in matters affecting safety, health, law or finances.

4.Fees, Credits and coins

Each app has its own unit and its own pricing: Credits for Kutter and coins for Hello Translator.

• The price, the Credits or coins included and the benefits of each plan are as shown in that app at the time of purchase, and we will show prices and conditions in the app before we start charging.
• Credits and coins are units for using services within their own app only. They are not money, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Your Kutter Credit balance and your Hello Translator coin balance are separate. They cannot be used in, transferred to or exchanged with the other app, and cannot be transferred, sold or given to another account.
• Usage is deducted according to actual use, and no more than your available balance is ever deducted. Types, order of use and expiry are as set out in each app's section and as shown in the app at the time of use.
• Credits or coins that expire, or that remain when an account is deleted or suspended under Suspension, are not refunded as money, Credits or coins.
• If you use your own API key with a third-party provider (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or ElevenLabs), that provider's charges are yours and are paid directly to the provider.

5.Refunds

Once you buy a plan, Credits or coins, the purchase is non-refundable. The app asks you to acknowledge this before every payment. The exceptions are the following cases, in which we will refund you or compensate you in that app's Credits or coins as agreed with you:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The payment succeeded but, because of an error in our system, the plan was not activated or the Credits or coins were not credited.

Contact support@helloworld-solution.com within 30 days of payment, with your account email and proof of payment. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, modify or circumvent entitlement checks, Credit or coin metering, or the service's relay;
• create multiple accounts or cycle devices to claim trials, free Credits or free coins again;
• create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes copyright, is defamatory or violates other people's privacy;
• send abnormally large volumes of requests, or do anything that harms the system or other users.

Each app has further restrictions in its own section.

7.Kutter

Kutter is a desktop app (Windows and macOS) that uses AI to help you transcribe, plan and edit video clips (kutter.helloworld-solution.com). Your footage and project files stay on your computer and editing happens on your computer. AI tasks (such as scriptwriting, story planning, transcription, voiceover and B-roll search) run through the providers you choose, and the app sends only the data each task needs.

Fees and Credits

• Kutter is free during the launch period. If we introduce paid plans or Credit purchases, we will show prices and conditions in the app before we start charging, and we will not charge retroactively for use during the free period.
• Each AI task deducts Credits according to actual use. The app shows an estimated cost before starting a task that uses many Credits.
• Kutter's free monthly Credits expire at the end of the month and do not roll over. The types of Credits available, their order of use and their expiry are as shown in the app at the time of use.

AI sources and third-party services

• Your API keys are stored in your computer's credential store (Windows Credential Manager / macOS Keychain) and are not sent to the Company. Your use is also subject to that provider's terms.
• Claude Code / Codex on your computer (experimental): the app runs programs you installed and signed in to yourself, using your own plan's quota with that provider. Providers may change or limit this kind of use, and the Company does not see your sign-in details.
• Hello AI (once available): the data an AI task needs is sent through our servers to AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• On-device Whisper transcription: your audio does not leave your computer.
• B-roll videos and photos from Pexels, Pixabay, Wikimedia Commons and Openverse, and music or sound from Openverse are subject to their owners' licences (such as the Pexels License, the Pixabay Content License or Creative Commons). The app shows the licence and adds the attribution to the post caption; you are responsible for giving credit and using them within that licence.
• Images under CC BY or CC BY-SA (from Wikimedia Commons or Openverse) always require credit to the creator. You must keep the credits the app adds to the post caption, and if you distribute an adapted CC BY-SA image you must share it under the same licence, as with music from Openverse.

Your content

• The footage, audio and clips you create with Kutter are yours. The Company claims no rights in your work and does not use your footage to train AI.
• Project files are stored on your computer and the Company does not back them up. If you delete a project in the app, the files the app created are permanently deleted (your original files are not touched).
• You are responsible for having the right to use everything you put in a clip, including images, audio, music, logos, fonts and the people who appear in it.

Further restrictions You agree not to use Kutter to:

• create voiceovers or content that impersonate another person without their consent, or that deceive or mislead;
• download or import videos from links you do not have the right to use.

Updates The app checks our server for new versions and installs one only when you choose to update.

8.Hello Translator

Hello Translator reads English subtitles on your screen and shows a Thai translation, using an on-device model or an AI model of your choice (translator.helloworld-solution.com).

Accounts and plans

• The Pro trial can be used once per account and once per device.
• The number of screens you can use at the same time depends on your plan (Free and Premium: 1 screen · Pro: 2 screens).
• The price, coins and features of each plan are as shown in the app at the time of purchase, which match the plans and pricing page on the Hello Translator website.
• Payment is made through Omise by card or PromptPay · Plans paid by card renew automatically until you cancel in the app · PromptPay plans must be renewed manually.
• You can cancel renewal at any time; your benefits continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Coin rates per message may change when AI providers change their prices. We will notify you in the app before any change takes effect.

Coins

• Coins can be used for translation services within Hello Translator only.
• Expiry: daily coins can be claimed once a day per account and per device, expire at midnight Thai time on the day claimed, and do not accumulate across days · trial coins expire when the trial ends · plan coins are received in full on the purchase date and expire when that plan ends · top-up coins last 12 months from the top-up date.
• Coins are used in this order: daily → trial → plan → top-up.
• When you don't have enough coins, subtitles are shown in the original English with a notice.

Content and the shared memory

On the Free and Premium plans (including before you sign in), subtitle lines the app reads from your screen and their translations are shared anonymously with the shared memory to improve translations for everyone. No screenshots, account data or device identifiers are shared, and lines containing email addresses, links or phone numbers are filtered out before sending. Pro members can turn sharing off in the app.

You permit the Company to store, improve and share the translations you share with other Hello Translator users, without compensation and on a non-exclusive basis. You can ask us to withdraw translations you have shared at any time through the channels in Contact us. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Further restrictions You agree not to:

• sell, rent or share your account with others beyond your plan's screen limit;
• use the service to circumvent copy protection (such as HDCP) or to distribute other people's content without permission;
• knowingly submit false, offensive or infringing text to the shared memory.

The service is intended for personal viewing and gaming. You are responsible for having the right to use the content shown on your screen.

9.Software and intellectual property

The software, names, logos and mascots of Kutter, Hello Translator and Hello World Solution belong to the Company. The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the apps under these terms.

Open-source components that ship with an app or are downloaded later (such as ffmpeg, whisper.cpp, the background-removal model and yt-dlp in Kutter) are subject to their own projects' licences, which take precedence over these terms for those components.

10.Suspension and limitation of liability

• We may suspend or close accounts that breach Acceptable use or an app's further restrictions, and will tell you the reason unless the law prohibits it.
• We aim to keep the apps and services working well and continuously, but they are provided as is and may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, because of third-party providers, or by events beyond our control.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damage arising from content you publish, lost project files, or charges from AI providers you chose yourself, and the Company's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid the Company in the 3 months before the event. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version, with its effective date, is always on this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Thai version, the Thai version prevails.
